Departed this life July 19th, 2021. Thelmo Tillar, age 85, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Rosa Tillar; three daughters, Deloris Bacote, Cynthia Wilson and Michelle Bacote; one son ,Rufus Bacote; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers ,George Tillar and James Tillar;  a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters- in- law; one- brother- in law and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Tillar can be viewed Friday July 30th, from 10 to 8PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday July 31st at 1PM. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 12:45PM Saturday.
