Tommy Lamont Paige was born on July 10, 1970, in Richmond, Virginia and transitioned on December 19, 2022, in Louisville, Kentucky. He was known to his family and friends as "Boo". Even though a failing heart took him from this world, his loving heart left a beacon of light for all. Tommy accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Woodville Church of The Nazarene in Richmond, Virginia. He attended Richmond Public Schools and later in life, he moved to Louisville, Kentucky. While working for Ford Motor Company, he displayed his skills for details, teamwork and communication while welding car parts. He moved on to become a forklift operator which allowed him more flexibility and commitment to safety and teamwork. Later, Tommy went to work for Goodwill Industries, where he found joy in helping others to gain a better quality of life. He had a burning desire to give back to his fellow man through acts of kindness. He served on the hospitality committee of his church to feed the homeless, which brought him much joy. He leaves to cherish and celebrate his memory: his wife, Francine Paige; his father, Robert Williams; his devoted mother, Shelia Paige Allsbrooks; his stepfather, Jerome Allsbrooks; two stepsons: Willie Mangum and Jaquan Joyner; three sisters: Amber Allsbrooks, Nikki Williams and Tracey Haynes; brother, Jimmy Carlisle; two sisters-in-law: Felicia Joyner and Sharon Joyner; two aunts: Yvette Daniels and Roslyn Hicks and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
