Departed this life December 21st, 2022. Wayne R. Phillips Sr., age 64, of Richmond. He is survived by one daughter, Jasmine Phillips; three sons, Dwayne Jackson(Cheryl), Lamar Hilton and Wayne Phillips Jr.; eleven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one brother, Brian Phillips; one aunt, Patricia Green; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins among them a devoted Christie Green; and other relatives and friends among them his soulmate Eveline Silver. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue where Mr. Phillips can be viewed Friday from 10 to 8AM and where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11AM. Interment private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home 10:45AM Saturday.
